Reminder: When opening a new support case please include the release and patch level you are currently running. This can easily be done by copying in the contents of the $SPECROOT/Install-Tools/.history file.
I've just tested this on my lab box. (Win 2012R2, 10.2.1) and the install failed.
The only error in the log was:
File copy failed: No such file or directoryCopying D:\Spectrum\SCOMConnector\libGlobl.dll to D:\IMS\BMP1\libGlobl.dll_preBMP_10.2.101
The PostInstall log seems to be OK. - No mention of error.
