Is it possible to enable memory / database flags in attributes?

Hi All,

 

I need to create a watch that evaluates the change of state of a Checkpoint device, in the community I found a way to do it using the HaState attribute. When I'm creating the watch, it generates the next issue. Do you know how you can enable any of these features and what does it do?

The only way I know how to do that is with the Model Type Editor. 

What is the watch expression you are using?
