  • 1.  How do you monitor your alarms?

I work in a Network Operations Center and monitoring alarms using the alarm subconsole can be a little cumbersome due to it being difficult to determine new alarms vs old ones and lack of ability to create views. Monitoring alarms through ump is a little better but can be difficult to manage alarms in bulk and again determine new alarms vs old ones and sometimes alarms go unnoticed. Does anyone have any tips on monitoring alarms effectively?

This is part of our Operations team's dashboard that we built for them to manage the alarms. A new alarm shows up in the "Catch All" -> alarm assigned to the Remedy user moves it to the second column -> After they call the responsible team/person and hand off the ticket, they assign the alarm to something in the "Step 2" column.
