    Dear all,

it appears the CA Spectrum R10.2.1 NCM new functionality could cause a problem and you may see message

reporting a failure when trying to capture a device configuration:

SPC-OCC-10747: Error capturing config for host:
SPC-OCC-11668: Unable to login to devcie with supplied credentials.

So even this NCM setup coming from earlier release installation and it did work fine all time the problem appears to be specific to CA Spectrum R10.2.1.  A solution for this is already available - find info here:

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.1, NCM captures using SNMP/TFTP no longer works.

To verify - or as an alternate workaround you may configure the alternate communication method setup - even not used - specifying a credential set and the NCM gets back working again. This is also the proof then that PTF 10.02.01.PTF_10.2.114 is matching.

    Kind regards, Joerg
