    Hello,

When trying to integrate Jaspersoft 6.3 with Spectrum 10.2.1., I have the following error.  Using the FQDN or short name doesn't make a difference.  BTW, the Jasper server hostname is listed in the /etc/hosts file on the OneClick server.

Both Spectrum and Jaspersoft are installed on RHEL 7.

    Hi Karen,

What happens if you supply the IP Address instead of Jasper Server Hostname?

Have you re-typed the Jasper Admin Password?

    Thanks,

    Silvio

    Hello Silvio,

In my lab, yes it happens with the IP as well.  I retyped the password twice more and it seemed to work.  It seems a bit finicky.

I have another environment that is having the same issue, so hopefully this same trick will work otherwise we'll have to open a support case.

Got the same issue. Retype the password gave me a different error: "Error:Internal Server Error. Integration failed"

    Hi Alan,

Please enable the "SRM - Core - Report Manager" module in debug mode, reproduce the issue and then review the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux/Solaris) file.

    Thanks,
