    Hello The Community , Hello The Specialists 

    I discover a problem (Spectrum 10.2.1). It would seem that that is systematic.

     

    When I erase an alarm on a "Correlation Domain", Spectro server crashes 

     

    Error Clearing The Following Alarm

     

    Alarm on a Correlation_Domain

     

    Spectrum 10.2.1. TERMINATED

     

    I have to do more tests to try to understand which actions end in this result.

    And I’ll have to do the same tests on a Spectrum version 9.3.

     

    I come back to you ASAP but

     Thank You for telling me if you tested the Correlation of alarms on Spectrum V10.2.1.

     

    I specify that I am preparing the migration of Spectrum, from 9.3 to 10.2.1 and that why I am testing these things.

    I was about to tell you it looks like a bug, but you found that before.

    Just for information too: there's already PTF patches available for both version 10.1 and 10.2 that can be requested if you open a case and mention this TEC and the PTF reference:

    This is resolved in patch Spectrum_10.01.00.PTF_10.1.035 for CA Spectrum version 10.1 and in patch Spectrum_10.02.00.D162 for 10.2.0.
