  • 1.  CA eHealth 6.2 Elements missing in groups availability reports

    CA eHealth 6.2 Elements missing in groups availability report:

    I have a eHealth version 6.2 version. I added my interfaces to group and tried to generate a top N availability report by that particular group. I found some elements are missing in availability report. But the elements are discovered and polling also enabled.

    I guess this is the expected behaviour for Top N reports if the elements in the group do not have any data for the period report is run. Do you see the data for the same duration when you run a trend report for the missing elements ?

    The element is in live and i am able to see the live performance for that element in past 30 days.
