NCM - Extreme device

Hi,

 

Why my extreme devices not automatically placed into Extreme Device Families? I need to capture config using SNMP/TFTP. I already click Reevaluate NCM Device Families but still not success. Currently this device is not place in any created families.

HI,

 

do you have checked that the sysOid of your device belongs to the list of CA supported NCM Extreme devices?

Devices Supported by Network Configuration Manager - CA Spectrum - 10.2 and 10.2.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

Otherwise you have to raise an EnhancementRequest.
