Ravi - there are no official data flow diagrams or architecture documents. Much of this information would be considered proprietary to CA Technologies. The documents you want to look at in the guide set are listed below. These will help you understand how element configuration is built and and how statistical polling data gets into the database. Please be aware that modification of or direct access to the eHealth Oracle database is not supported and is a violation of the Oracle license agreement. We provide the eHealth DBApi to enable some limited levels of data retrieval. Furthermore, customizations to the eHealth product are not supported and your best chance of success in customizing is to engage CA Technologies Professional Services.
