If this continues to be an issue, please open an issue with support with the following information
1) Open the WebUI page and Select
Administration ->Advanced logging ->Check off Remove old log files->Select the user the issue is happening under and admin if different.
2) Reproduce the issue, please note the actions taken and times of those actions.
3) Turn off Advanced Logging by unchecking the users checked in step 1) (Do not check Remove old log files).
4) Run the following to collect the logging:
nhGetSupportInfo -type "web"
Please upload the resulting $NH_HOME/tmp/diagnostics.*zip when opening the issue.
