Can we have multiple Spectrum environments integrated to a single SDM?

    Hi team!

     

    We have a situation where there are two Spectrum environment completely segregated:

    • Spectrum for production environment (Oneclick + SpectroSERVERs)
    • Spectrum for pre-production environment (another set of Oneclick + SpectroSERVERs)

     

    We need to have both of them opening tickets to the same ServiceDesk Manager system. Is it possible?

    Hi Fernando,

    No, you can not integrate both Spectrum environments into 1 ServiceDesk Integration. The ServiceDesk Integration can only reply back to one OneClick server. Hope this helps.
