    Hi everybody !

I have many Catalyst devices, and in the "Cat 3560 X48" model Im unable to see the CPU or Memory utilization, in performance tab. Is the device certificated for this version of spectrum? Spectrum Version 9.2.3.13.5

    the value show "Invalid Value"

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi Diego,

I tried to check if the device is certified in the following Spectrum Certification Website

CA -- Certified Devices Search Page

but it seems this device hasn't been certified. I search using 'Cat3560' keyword and I got the following.

    Cat3560 Certification

Thanks, maybe the website is updated or not. But this model is not there, not certified.

    Diego.

What's the oid(s) and/or modeltypes of the devices?  If they are standard catalyst devices modeled as GnCiscoDev or GnSNMPDev you could change the modeltype of them.  I wrote instructions here:

    https://www.ca.com/us/services-support/ca-support/ca-support-online/knowledge-base-articles.tec1829894.html

Otherwise, you can try changing the sources that Spectrum uses:

Hi Jason, the model type is SwCiscoIOS

    Modeltype_Name SwCiscoIOS

    From Device Certification:

Cisco Systems 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1227 Cat 3560 X48 SwCiscoIOS Auto CA Enhanced

I will try to map the attributes for cpu/mem with mibttools and change its with NRM attributes.

    Thanks.
