Can I move 9.4 SRM DB to 10.1?

Are there changes to the db structure between the 2 releases?

Another caveat is that the new 10.1 install has fewer landscapes than the 9.4 install, taking advantage of 64 bit improvements.

I'm really only interested in getting alarm data, I can live without the event data.

No, you would need to upgrade the Report Manager server to 10.1.
