    Hi Ravi,

I think it best for you to contact our Customer Representatives who can give you a demonstration of what both CA eHealth and Spectrum can do.

However, in answer to your questions:

    1. Both eHealth & Spectrum discover and poll network connected devices via SNMP (or ICMP ping if SNMP is unavailable which yields only a status of on/off-line). As such, the SNMP agent on the device will respond to SNMP get-requests from eHealth/Spectrum with SNMP get-responses containing data from its MIB (Management Information Base). Each request/response targets a particular OID (Object ID) in this MIB. As such, if the device is certified in eHealth and/or Spectrum, then they will be able to properly evaluate the data returned from these discovered device agents and so report on the various metrics available. So in answer - Yes, so long as the devices are certified.
    2. Yes to all these metrics, so long as the devices are certified and the device SNMP agents present this data from their MIBs when polled.
    3. This depends on the agent. If you have CA SystemEDGE (SysEDGE) then it can monitor all these services and send the information back to either Spectrum or eHealth via polling.
    4. Yes, both Spectrum and eHealth are capable of forwarding alerts to multiple email addresses.
