    Problem:

    The following errors are displayed when Ad Hoc custom reports are launched:

    An internal error occurred while calling 'getPromptList' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)

    An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)

    1. com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerException: com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerException: FatalException occured. The cause was : com.businessobjects.corba.generic.container.proxy.internal.DependencyFailoverCallbackImpl$FailoverFatalException: Prepare failover failed
