  • 1.  Email Configuration in CA Spectrum 10.1

    Hi Team,

     

    I have configured Email server in CA Spectrum which is successfully configured. But when I am trying to send alarm detail by mail there is an error which is attached below:

    Please suggest me how to resolve this error.

    You're not allowed to send email through the specified mailserver. Check to see if you can send an email using command line on the machine, with the specified mailserver. The mailserver should be configured to allow relay for emails sent from your OneClick server without authentication.

    Thanks for your support, now Email server is working fine with CA Spectrum.
