Spectrum AlarmNotifier and link to CAPC

How can we get, in the Spectrum AlarmNotifier, the ID ( "8473" in the example below) that points to the device in CAPC ?

When there is an alarm on device D, our AlarmNotifier will send a notification and we would like that notification to contain a link such as https://my_capc_server:8182/pc/desktop/page?pg=r&DeviceID=8473   where "8473" is the device ID of device D in CAPC.
