  • 1.  CA PC and eHealth integration

    Hi

We have CA PC integrated with eheath (distributed environment). The integration and cluster uses SSL. Certificates from BE systems have been added to Front End.

Recently we updated ehealth to version 6.3.2.11 since that moment we cant see any ehealth data in any dashboard. Synchronization looks good. Elements and groups are transffered from ehealth to PC, sync is always on green.

    But

When u open any dashboard it shows No Data To Display.

    Any ideas?

I'm assuming you have data on the eHealth servers. Check the logs for Apache and Tomcat on the Console. You should see synchronization messages or errors. The issue was discussed on a number of occasions before here. Check Matt's suggested post-upgrade steps. Add the SSL setup for PC synchronization.

If the certificates are self signed you will need to make sure each server is in each others keystore.
If the certificates are signed by a certificate authority that authority should be in the keystore.

Did you add the new eHealth certificates to the CAPC server.

Also be aware the servers will try to talk to each other by hostname not DNS name so make sure your SSL certificates need to recognise this.
