  • 1.  How to find the pingMIB metric family in CAPC ?

    Posted Feb 15, 2016 09:32 AM

    Hi,

I am starting to use CAPC.

I found the metric family called "Response Path test ICMP" of Cisco to get Spectrum SPM test results. Fine.

Now I am looking for the metric family that Spectrum uses to run SPM tests from non-cisco switches, called "DISMAN-PING-MIB" 1.3.6.1.2.1.8.80 .

    I don't find it.

Could someone tell me which name it has in CA Performance Manager (I suppose that I don't need to write that metric family myself, as it is what is used by Spectrum and CAPC is integrated with Spectrum).

    Thanks for your help,

    Veronique

Is there a particular make/model of device you are looking for these test from?

The Data Aggregator Certification Portal can be used to verify if the paths you are looking for are certified for those devices

    Best Regards
