    Issue: 

    Jaspersoft (CABI 6.1) - Fails to start after a successful install - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError Received

    Environment:  

    Spectrum 10.1.1

    CABI 6.1

    Cause: 

    This issue occurs when WinZip is used to extract the Jaspersoft installation files. For some reason WinZip extracts all of the files to the top level. Which does not impede the installation. The installation completes successfully. But starting Jaspersoft fails and produces the java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.
