    Problem:

    After running RpmgrInitializeLandscape for all landscapes the Service Manager Customers are missing in Report Manager.

    Environment: 

    Spectrum 9.x and 10.x at all Environments

    Cause:

    The Customers in Report Manager are built on the base of Events. If you keep Events 45 days in ddmdb, but the Customer was created before, no Event is available and could not build in Report Manager although it’s seen in the Service Manager.
