After Installing and Integrating CABI 4.1 with Spectrum 10.X, you may get an Error while generating Reports:
"The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection. Current Assets: All ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
This happens if the ODBC drivers are not configured properly during the Integration / Post Installation phase. You will have to perform an update content that CA Spectrum installs on Business Objects.
