Data Aggregator Syncronization Failure

    Hi All,

     

    My Data Aggregator DS is appearing with the status Synchronization Failure in CAPC. The logs show the message "A processing failure occurred on the data source during synchronization" every five minutes. Clicking the "test" button shows that the conection with the DS is successful. The Data Aggregator server is up and runnnig and so is the Data Aggregator. I can administer the Data Aggregator normally, discover new devices, change monitoring profiles, etc.

     

    Where can I get more information related to the Synchronization error? I checked DMService.log, PCService.log in CAPC nad karat.out on DA and could not find a clue. Any ideas?

    CA Supported solved the issue. It turns out that the Data Aggregattor ID changed for some reason. More details in the thread below:
