In our environment we are using MPLS and point to point network and monitoring those links using SPM with icmp test.
If any link down, spectrum create incident in service desk like SPM timeout with test details in description but it cannot showing the configuration item in that incident .
Please guid how to create configuration item manually and same will assigin to that SPM link.
