Using Policy to add models to World or TopOrg Views

Trying to work out if I can create a policy to add models to a toporg or world container

There is an attribute 0x129e9 LocationModelNameString but that is unwritable

So assume its going to be related to the relationship of <container> contains <model>

However - cant see an obvious way to create a policy that achieves this

I can write a script - that's fine, but not as cool as a policy

So the ideal is dynamic GC member gets added to World Container

Unfortunately that is not possible using a Policy.
