After I rebooted my Spectrum server it appears Unicenter was sent all the events again. Any suggestions?
In the .alarmrc file for the UnicenterNotifier you should be able to set
GET_EXISTING_ALARMS=false
which will prevent it from processing existing alarms when it starts.
