Spectrum 10 GISVIEW-Site not showing up, but does in Google Map

In Spectrum 10, GISVIEW, this address, "101 schaffhauserstrasse stein switzerland", works in Google Maps AND GISVIEW.  This address, "101 schaffhauserstrasse novartis pharma stein switzerland", works in Google Maps, but WILL NOT DISPLAY in GISVIEW.  I believe "Novartis Pharma" could be part of the problem. What is different between the maps site and Google API?  Is there another testing method I should use?

Someone needs to fix this Jive installation.  It keeps marking the wrong comments as correct answers.  The previous comment from Kothapalli was actually a question!

I don't see my comment marked as correct answer from my end. If it's a correct answer you see a star beside that comment with a green border.

Hi Randy,

I'm not really sure I can answer your question from a code perspective, but I'm guessing that it has to do with a disparity in Google's geocoding.  The GIS view uses the Google geocoding API:
