    Description:

    While a model is in Maintenance Mode, if the physical device has been rebooted, Spectrum may assert a "DEVICE HAS REBOOTED" alarm may be asserted. The code that detects when the device associated with a model has been rebooted is not Maintenance Mode aware which is the root cause of this alarm occurring.
