Our customer since moving to 9.4 has noticed some odd behaviour with NCM Policies and we are wondering has anyone else seen similar.
Firstly on occasions restarting NCM policies results in extra NCM Policy violations and alarms. This doesn’t happen all the time but it has happened occasionally and implies that NCM policies are not picking up policy breaches as they should.
Secondly the Violations count displayed in the Contents panel often differs from that displayed in the Component Detail pane. Looking at the screenshot below note that the Violators column in the Contents pane shows 0 whereas the Policy Violators count in the Component Detail shows 1,503.
Has anyone else noticed any of these issues?
We have raised calls with support but not had any answers from that yet.
