How do I stop Spectrum incorrectly reporting "device has rebooted" 0x10ff0 after it's asserted an interface reconfiguration event 0x1001d?

We've got a few devices that for some reason don't send cold/warm start traps when they reboot.  In order to capture these I've taken the "Device has rebooted" event 0x10ff0 and given it "CRITICAL" status.

However, we've recently noticed that some devices are erroneously reporting "DEVICE HAS REBOOTED" and it seems to be immediately after they've had 0x1001d "Device {m} of type {t} has completed an interface reconfiguration"

We're running 9.2 HF12.  I have raised this with CA Support as well, but was wondering if anyone here has had this issue?

    Thanks & regards

    Dave
