Is it possible to create a RIB Query that list polling records of Interface Utilization of all routers interfaces?
Are you looking to extract the data for Interface element utilization from Data Aggregator polled interface elements?
If so rather than a RIB query you may want to look into the Data Aggregator Bulk Export functionality. Note that in the 2.3.4 base and earlier releases the interface names extracted are difficult to differentiate from each other.
As of the 2.3.4 October Update Kit an improvement was made to provide more meaningful interface names in the bulk data export data.
If you must use RIB for this query, it can be helpful to review the RIB query the software issues from CAPC UI Dashboard Views. Once that is identified it becomes much easier to take that default query and modify it to meet your needs. To figure out the RIB query the UI issues check out this recently published Knowledge Base Article TEC1285334 (it should be published and available within the next week or two). Until it is published and able to be viewed here are the basic details:
Hope that helps answer your question.
This is known as the "Blue Bars" debug trick. To do so first open a new browser and launch the URL:
Replace CAPC_HOST with your CAPC systems host name or IP address.
When the page loads it may request a log in with a username and password. The default is:
UserName: adminPassword: admin
Scroll down and find the "RIBModelInfoEnabled" option. In the Value column change the default from False to True to enable the function. At the top or bottom of the debug settings page will be an "Update" button. Select it to set the change made.
If we go back to the CAPC UI with the View displayed and refresh the page, a Blue Bar should be displayed at the top of each individual View just below the Title bar.
What changed in the bulk data export? We use that extensively.
This is the reference from the 2.3.4 October Update Kit fixed issues doc about what was done.
