  • 1.  Issues connection to 2003 servers

    ​after I upgrade to 3.3.1 , I am getting connection Issues with 2003 servers , can anyone help?

    Can you provide more information to help us assist with the issues you are experiencing?  Perhaps details of the error message verbiage, a screenshot, or log entries that help with diagnostics.   Please ensure that the requisite ports are open between the PAM appliance(s) and the servers.   My immediate suspect are newer security protocols that affect encryption between the Obsolete Server 2003 operating system and PAM if Server 2003 lacks the capability.  We can glean more from this with additional information on your issue.

    Hi Nikki,

    Please consult the following knowledge document:

    which advises the ciphers we support in PAM.  I also listed the nmap commands to verify if they are indeed implemented.
