  • 1.  CAPAM client update Error

    Hi,

    Iam trying to connect CAPAM appliance using the client. But some times iam getting the error.

    Error: Error occurred during the update, Reason: detect premature EOF

    Please find the attached screenshot.

    Can anyone help on this error.

    Hi Bhumesh,

    Enable the CA PAM client debug and share the logs.log file, this may provide some hints on what may be happening.

    Hello, The error suggests that the connection to the PAM server was lost while checking on whether any client jar files need to be updated. What type and quality of network connection do you have when you connect to PAM?
