CA PAM Access Agent - what should be enabled/configured on Windows

    Hi all,

    Does someone implement CA PAM Access Agent at version 3.4?

    In our environment it is working on fresh install windows - without any another programs, without FW, without VPN/routing (only direct access on the same network).

    It stop working on another computer.
    It stop working on the same computer when disconnect from local network and try to access via VPN.
    -> Seem's it doesn't create tunnel. Login page appears, access is ton forwarding via PAM, etc. No other changes on PAM site - there are still the same policies, same services.

    Did someone met this problem? There are missing information of configuration that we need to apply in documentation.

    I have same problems but so far I wasn't able to make it work nor in SSH nor in RDP.
    Still it is not clear how to configure the Services and which clients are supported (i.e. MSTSC, PUTTY didn't work for me). In the log there is no message useful to debug the issue.
