  • 1.  CA PAM 3.3 OVA upload issue

    Hi,

    I am uploading the CA PAM Virtual Appliance 3.3 OVA file on the VMware® Workstation 14 Pro but getting the error.
    PAM Uploading error
    Do let me know whats the rootcause and resolution.

    Hello Mohit,

     

    I verified with the file DVD500000000002574.ova in VMware Wkstn 14.1.7 and could not see any issue.

    Do you use a different OVA?

     

    Please make sure you use in VMware Wkstn / File / Open / ... to import the OVA – skip the "Network Configuration" dialog at the end of the Import Wizard.

     

    Try downloading the OVA file once again in case there was a download issue.

     

    Should the problem remain please open a Support Case with us.

    I have downloaded the CA PAM 3.3 DVD0000000000892.ova and it's working fine now. File DVD500000000002574.ova is now not available for download.
