Please contact the Customer Support team, as they would be able to verify your access permissions.
After you login to the support site, you have to go to the " CA Technologies Software --> Software Support Portal--> Here Click on 'Download Management' "
Once you are here and not able to search for the appropriate product, it could be an access / permissions issue, for which customer care team would be able to help you with.

I could see only Product Information and Communities options.I have already signed in.Still not able to see this option.Is there any access related issue here.If so could you please provide me.
