    Hi community

I have integrated CA PAM with a mail server for sending notifications. the mail server is office365, the client has given me the account and login password, but when sending the email I get the following error regardless of the account you establish, the error is always the same. I have validated with the client the integration of other applications and they are equal to the configuration of CA PAM, I require your help to identify what may be the error

Attached the log that I have captured in info level. Some data have been intentionally changed

    Hello Julian

CA PAM currently supports unencrypted SMTP only for sending eMails.

Office 365 requires TLS for its SMTP.

It is suggested to send the eMails first to e.g. a Postfix MTA to relay the eMails to Office 365 accordingly.

    Hi Andres

Thanks for your answer, this allowed me to support the client the need to change to a relay mail server.
