I wanted to install the client on my workstation but am having problems.
The installation process prompts that an update if required. During the client update process, it stops at 83% with the following error. Can anyone tell me what is causing this?
Failed to update file app\launcher_V18.104.22.168.2.jar. Reason: SSL peer shut down incorrectly.
Is it a clean install or are you try to update the client ?
After installing the client I run it for the first time and it asks me to update it.
Hello, When the client first connects to PAM it needs to download a number of jar files from the PAM server. It looks like your download is successful up to a point and then the connection is cut. Is it consistently failing at the same point? We've had users see this problem and they got past it with a couple of retries. There is a logs.log file in the PAM client installation folder that may contain additional information on the nature of the problem. If you can't get past it, please open a support case and we will take a closer look.
The problem was the antivirus.
