#We've seen a few instances recently where customers were unable to apply a new license if it did not include AWS. Engineering is working on a fix, but until that becomes available we have a workaround. We can make a change via ssh and then reset the database. After that the license will apply. We may need some additional steps if the database is already populated. That has not been the case so far, as the instances where this has occurred have been for new systems. Please open a Support ticket if you encounter this issue.
