  • 1.  Error when trying to export report to any format into CA PIM

    Good morning to all CA PIM / CA BI experts...

     

    I'm implementing CA PIM with default reports into CA BI.

     

    The process of view reports previously generated works fine.

    The problem comes when try to export the report to any format (pdf, doc, etc...)

    If try to export the same report directly from InfoView, it works correctly.

     

    ¿Some ideas to solve it?

    Hi Luigi

     

    - Are you seeing the issue when you export to PDF format only ?

    - Do you have same locale on your CABI server and your workstation where launching the report page ?

    Luigi,

     

    I believe we have narrowed the issue down to IE Security settings. I am checking to see which ones it could be and will update this post with deatils.
