  • 1.  Lync sharing stops after using observeit session recording option from control minder

    Hi,

     

    We have integrated observeit 5.7.3 with control minder 12.8.

    Our entire installation of OBIT is 5.7.3 but the agent.cab file is 5.7.2, this was recommended by Observe IT as 5.7.3 agent.cab was not compatible with CM 12.8.

     

    Now we have issues with lync sharing whenever a user uses CM session recording RDP,( rdp_rec which downloads observeit agent),the lync sharing stops.

    If we use RDP option without session recording, lync sharing works absolutely fine for the user.

     

    Can anyone please throw some light on it.

    we see that there is a parallel support issue opened for the same issue, any further communication will happen through the support issue opened.

    Hi Mustansir,

     

    Yes, we do have a parallel support case open but unfortunately, we aren't making any progress there.Hence I opened this thread, so that the problem is exposed to a wider community and we can get all possible help. Please let us know if you or anyone has some insight on this.
