Remote Control is slowly

Hello team!

I have a particular situation, when an IT analyst takes the remote control of another Windows 10 Pro PC and switches to the full monitor view (maximize) the session is slow, the analyst can only work if the remote control is not in state maximized. What can be?

The version of agent is 14.0.3,

For windows 10 support, make sure you have SO14062 installed on the Viewer and Host. Also make sure the capture mode is set to auto and you do not have the bandwidth limiter set.
