ITCA EM Upgrade -1606 error code

    Hi Team,

     

    We are upgrading our Prod Enterprise manager to 14.2 from 12.9.  MDB upgrade is completed and while upgrading application we got below error.

     

    Need urgent help on this...Thanks in advance...
