    Why do you need to change the status.  It should clear itself when it can.  If it is waiting for download to occur you can change the package to deferred

    Hi I had previously created the following threadhttps://communities.ca.com/thread/241818165-failed-to-download-upm 

    I still have the same problem, I opened a case to support which already has 2 months and the problem persists. I have proceeded to:

    - reinstall patch management

    - reinstall CIC

    - Put the Log in a debug level

     

    And for this reason I think that perhaps eliminating this from the logs I can have the cleanest log and discard and management is considering using SCCM to patch agents.

     

    I need to correct the inconvenience of the download, otherwise we will be eliminating ITCM from our platform due to security issues as the agents can not patch and I can not have both platforms at the same time
