UPM deploy silent show screen

actually deploy Patch in Silent install mode, but on agent show the next screen

 

Is possible dont Show This Screen on Agent

Did you try following tips?

Tuesday Tips: Disable popup window during SD job 

 

You may need to unseal to modify UPM packages, so I recommend to update configuration policy.
