    I have ensured that the CA Services are running mainly CA Framework.

    Is this a new install, or an existing Domain or Enterprise that was working prior?

     

    1- Stop all product services:

    caf stop

    cam change disabled

    camclose

    csampmux stop

     

    2- Delete the ..\CA\DSM\appdata\cfnotsrvd.dat file.

     

    3- Start all product services:

    csampmux start

    cam change auto & cam start -c -l

    caf start

    Thanks for the response.  It is not a new installation and was working prior.

     

    I will try your solution and get back to you.  Will only be able to test tomorrow.
