Attached is the latest WinOffline version -- 2017.01.25

As a reminder, always be sure to test WinOffline before distributing/using widely in your environment.  Ensure you are satisfied with the results and reply here in the community with any questions, concerns or potential bugs for me to correct!

    Here's what's changed/improved for this release--

    1- SQL Login
--> Database connection info is auto-populated, if you're running WinOffline directly on your EM or DM.
    2- The MDB Overview
--> Added more key MDB metrics.
--> NEW: Added an Agent Version Distribution Chart.
--> NEW: Added a Software Definition Chart.
    3- MDB Table Space
--> FIXED: Column sorting issues with this chart.
4- NEW: Added an Agent Summary Chart
--> Lists all the Agents in the database.
    --> Includes the Agent version.
--> Includes hardware and discovered software record counts.
--> Includes last run date and the Agent's scalability server.
This can be very handy to tell if there's Agents out there not reporting any inventory or discovered software.  DSM Explorer does not make this very visible!
5- NEW: Added a Scalability Server Chart
--> Lists all the Scalability Servers in the database.
--> See how many Agents are registered to each, for load balancing purposes.
--> See how many software jobs they are currently running.
--> See the last time the Engine has collected the SS.
--> See the Signature File date reported on the SS.
Again, DSM Explorer does not necessarily make all this information obvious, so good stuff to be able to see.
6- NEW: Added an Engine Summary Chart
--> See list of all the Engines on the Manager.
--> See complete lists of tasks they are processing, current status, and last time it was executed.
    7- NEW: Unused Software Chart
--> See what Software Packages are not used (installed anywhere or staged anywhere).
--> See what Software Packages are not installed on any Agents.
--> See what Software Packages are not staged on any Scalability Servers.

8- Minor WinOffline patching code improvements and simplifications under the hood.

The attached ZIP file contains two releases of WinOffline:

    - One covering .NET Frameworks 2.0 - 3.5

    - One covering .NET Frameworks 4.0 - 4.6.2

    - Both are exactly the same code, therefore exactly the same functionality and experience.

    Enjoy,

    Hello Brian

First of all, thank you for the great tool!

We have one issue with our anti virus tool, Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.

On some machines, based on the behavior, it blocks the executable. It is not a general problem, it happens randomly.

Would it be possible to add a signature in order to configure Symantec to allow the execution?

    Hi lza,

Thanks for letting me know.  Are there any details you can share from the virus scan application, perhaps a report or screenshot that can help point me in the right direction?

Also, can you check the %windir%\temp directory on one of the affected machines, for the WinOffline.txt file?  Perhaps there's a particular step or operation I'm performing that might be triggering the heuristic part of the virus scanner to raise an eyebrow.

    You can email me: fonbr01@ca.com

    Thanks,
