  • 1.  Migrating and Upgrading of CA ITCM from 12.5 SP1 to 14.0

    Hi,

     

    I have to migrate CA ITCM from 12.5 SP1 on Windows Server 2008 SP2 to 14.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2. Please guide on the steps to follow for this

    Hi Ketan,

     

    unfortunately you cannot upgrade directly from 12.5 to 14.0. You have to upgrade your installation first to 12.8 or 12.9 and than from that point on, you are able to upgrade to 14.0.

    for supported upgrade paths.

     

    However, you  may want to install fresh on Win 2012 server and "move" the agents to the new Domain Manager as described here:
