When a non-admin uses ITCM Reporter (r14), the Intellisig fields do not show in the report properties or when running the report.
However, if an admin user runs the report, the non-admin user can see the full report with the intellisig fields.
Are you using a remote Reporter in version 12.9 or lower version ?
I could reproduce the problem if I connect a remoter Reporter 12.9 in a DOMAIN R14.
The solution is to use a reporter r14 in order to be able to see the "Intellisig fields".
On R14, command
cd c:\program files (x86)\CA\DSM\bin
strings -s gui_rep* | find /I "intellisig scan"
returns some lines :
But same command in R12.9 returns nothing :
The field "IntelliSig Scan" is stored in gui_rep.dll and in gui_rep_res* files.
can you clarify for me. once the admin user has run the report the non admin user can see the intellisig stuff in properties or in the report results?
The non-admin user can see the report results including the Intellisig data.
They cannot see the fields in the report properties fields tab.
I think this is expected. I don't think there is security on the report results
