To perform an uninstall procedure Clinet Auto must have an install record of that software.  You can create an install procedure that does an install or you can send a job that call SD_acmd createinstallrecord

    Hello,

This message means that target machine has not the software CCleaner 5.28 1 in the "Installed Packages" folder

In the screenshot I could see a SD Job Container in waiting status for CCLeaner 5.28 1:Instalar

Maybe there is a problem with collect of SD job status by "Software Delivery manager: installation manager" (sdmgr_im)

Please try to retry it on DOMAIN :

    Caf stop sdmgr_im

    or (caf kill sdmgr_im)

    caf start sdmgr_im

If CCLeaner 5.28 has been installed without usage of ITCM SD package, you could execute this command on a target machine :

    sd_acmd AddInstallRecord "CCleaner 5.28" "1" "instalar" current current "" ""

    caf start sdagent

Then after some minutes CCleaner 5.28 should appear under "Installed Packages" folder of the machine and the uninstall job should be executed on the machine.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Jean-Yves
